Hazard Recognition

This course provides essential training on the proactive identification and assessment of workplace hazards. Participants will learn how to systematically distinguish between various types of occupational risks, including physical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic hazards. The curriculum emphasizes the development of a "safety eye" through practical techniques such as workplace inspections and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs). Workers will be equipped to spot unsafe conditions, understand the hierarchy of hazard controls, and actively contribute to an incident-free work environment.
