Safety Orientations and Meetings

This course provides essential training on how to effectively onboard new employees and maintain ongoing safety awareness through impactful safety meetings and toolbox talks. Participants will learn the required components of a comprehensive new-hire safety orientation, including site-specific hazards, emergency procedures, and organizational safety policies. The curriculum also covers strategies for preparing and delivering engaging daily or weekly safety meetings, facilitating open communication, and maintaining accurate documentation to support a strong, continuous safety culture.
