Scaffolding Competent Person

This course provides comprehensive instruction for individuals designated as Competent Persons for scaffolding operations under relevant industrial and OSHA standards. Participants will learn how to recognize existing and predictable hazards relating to scaffold erection, modification, use, and dismantling. The curriculum covers evaluation of foundation and soil bearing capacity, component compatibility, tie-off placement, load limits, and the regulatory authority required to halt unsafe work operations immediately and implement corrective measures.
