Workplace Violence Prevention

This course provides essential training on recognizing, preventing, and safely responding to incidents of workplace violence. Participants will learn how to identify early behavioral warning signs of aggression, understand the different categories of workplace violence (such as external threats, client/customer incidents, and worker-on-worker conflicts), and apply practical de-escalation techniques. The curriculum also emphasizes the importance of clear reporting procedures, active emergency response planning, and fostering a zero-tolerance organizational culture to protect employee well-being.
